Programme Management
Work Strand serves as the backbone of the NIHR Global Health Research Group on Adolescent Health and Wellbeing in Malawi. This team ensures the smooth implementation and coordination of all project activities across partner institutions and work strands.
The Programme Management Team oversees project governance, financial management, milestone tracking, reporting, and compliance with NIHR and Official Development Assistance (ODA) requirements. They also lead strategic communications, capacity strengthening coordination, and ensure alignment with ethical and safeguarding standards.
Operating in close collaboration with our funder (NIHR), local and international partners, WS0 plays a critical role in facilitating effective delivery, adaptive learning, and long-term impact for adolescents in Malawi.
